What We Provide
Assistance with daily personal activities: Support with showering, dressing, grooming and meal preparation, delivered with dignity, patience and respect for what you actually need.
Household tasks: Help with cleaning, laundry, cooking and general home maintenance, so your living space stays safe, healthy and comfortable.
Travel and transport support: Reliable help getting to medical appointments,community activities and social outings across Melbourne and Sunshine.
Community participation: Support to get to appointments, social events and outings that help build confidence, connections and a stronger sense of belonging.
Assistance with daily life in shared living (SIL): Dedicated support for participants in Supported Independent Living arrangements, helping with daily routines, supervision and building life skills within a shared home.

Core Supports are one of the three main NDIS funding categories. They’re designed to help participants with everyday activities like personal care, household tasks, transport and social participation, so you can live as independently as possible.
Yes, in most cases. Core Supports funding is generally flexible, meaning it can move between different support categories (except for Assistance with Social and Community Participation in some plans) depending on what you need most at the time.
You don’t need a specific diagnosis, but you do need to be an approved NDIS participant with a plan that includes Core Supports funding. Our team can help you understand what’s included in your plan and how to get the most out of it.
SIL is generally for participants who need a higher level of support with daily tasks in a shared living environment. Eligibility is worked out through your NDIS planning meeting, and we’re happy to help you figure out whether SIL might suit your situation.
