High Intensity & Complex Supports are designed for participants who need a greater level of skill, training and clinical oversight than standard personal care. This may include support for complex medical conditions, high risk health needs or specialised daily care routines. Our support workers and nursing staff hold the necessary qualifications, certifications and experience to safely manage these needs, giving you and your family peace of mind that care is always in capable hands.

What We Provide
High intensity daily personal activities: Delivered by support workers with additional qualifications and training, this includes complex personal care tasks for participants with high support needs, such as those with severe physical, sensory or cognitive disabilities.
Community nursing care: Professional nursing support for participants requiring clinical care, including medication management, wound care, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding and other specialised health related tasks.
Our team works to the highest standards of care, making sure every participant receives support that’s not only clinically sound but also delivered with genuine compassion and respect.
