NDIS Service Provider Sunshine
Support that actually feels like support
Finding the right NDIS provider isn't just about ticking boxes on a service list. It's about finding people who genuinely care whether your week went well. People who remember how you take your coffee. People who show up ready to help you live the life you actually want, not just the life that's easiest to manage.
That's what we try to offer every family, individual and carer we work with across the Sunshine.
We know this region well. From Caloundra down south to Noosa up north and everywhere in between: Maroochydore, Nambour, Buderim, Coolum. Support here often looks different to support in a big city. People want to stay close to family, keep their kids in the same school, keep visiting the same beach every Sunday. Good NDIS support should fit into that life, not replace it.
What we actually do
We offer a full range of NDIS services. More importantly, we tailor them to you.
Daily living support: Help with cooking, cleaning and personal care, delivered with dignity and a good dose of patience. Nobody wants to feel like a task on someone's checklist and we work hard to make sure you never do.
Community access and participation: Independence isn't just about managing at home but also about getting out, seeing people and trying new things. A surf lesson at Alexandra Headland, a regular catch up with friends or whatever it looks like for you, we help make it happen.
Supported Independent Living (SIL): For participants who want more independence while still having reliable support close by. We build routines that work for you, not routines built around our convenience.
Transport assistance: Getting to appointments, social outings or just down to the shops shouldn't be stressful. We help take that off your plate.
Support coordination: NDIS plans can be confusing and the paperwork alone is enough to put anyone off. We help you understand your funding, connect with the right services and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Allied health links and life skills development: Building confidence, learning new skills and working toward the goals that matter to you, at a pace that respects where you're starting from.
Why families on the Sunshine choose us
We know that we are not the biggest provider around, but we are proud of it. Being smaller helps us to actually know the people we support. For us they are not just a plan number but a story. We take the time to understand what a good day looks like for you and we build support around that.
Our support workers are experienced, background checked and genuinely good people. We look for staff who listen well, show initiative and treat every participant with the same respect as they expect from their families. Training matters. So does character. We don't compromise on either.
We are also flexible because we know life does not run on a fixed roster and neither do we. Plans change, some days are harder than others, goals shift halfway through the year. We adjust with you.
A provider you can actually talk to
One of the most common things we hear from new participants and families is how hard it's been to get a straight answer from previous providers. Long wait times. Unclear invoicing. Support workers who never seem to stay. We built our service to fix that.
When you call us, you will speak to someone who actually knows your file, not a call centre reading off a script. When you ask a question about your plan, we will offer a clear answer, not a runaround. And if something is not working, we want to hear about it, because support only works when it's honest.
Getting started is simple
You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out. A lot of the people we support started with a single phone call and a few questions. From there we take the time to understand your NDIS plan, your goals and what kind of support would actually make a difference day to day.
Whether you are newly approved for the NDIS, switching providers or helping a family member navigate it all for the first time, we are here to help. No jargon, no pressure and no losing sight of the fact that there's a real person behind every plan.
